By accessing or using Solve Problem ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You may use Solve Problem for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: • Use the Service to cheat, manipulate, or artificially inflate your WPM or accuracy scores • Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard rankings • Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service • Reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of the Service

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solve Problem and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent. Typing passages generated by our platform may include public domain text and AI-generated content.

Typing certificates issued by Solve Problem are for personal use and documentation of typing practice. They are not official government certifications. For government or institutional use, always verify the specific requirements. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraud or misconduct is detected.

By participating in leaderboards, you consent to your username and typing statistics being publicly displayed. You can opt out of public leaderboards in your account settings at any time. We reserve the right to remove entries from leaderboards if we detect artificial inflation of scores.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. WPM scores and accuracy calculations are provided for informational and practice purposes.

Solve Problem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
